Oseye Illustrations, as it’s a home-grown business will communicate directly with the customer when Oseye paintings and products are shipped. Reference photos prior to shipping will be shared and invoices shall be issued. All details of shipping and packaging will be shared with the customer. If there is any damage during transit, Oseye Illustrations shall not be held responsible, and no refund shall be issued.
However, if Oseye paintings and products are purchased from the Guwahati studio directly, the customer can exchange Oseye products for an alternate Oseye product of the same value. All original packing labels and packaging must be intact, and proof of invoice shall be required prior to the exchange.
It should be noted that this facility is not applicable for original Oseye paintings. No exchanges or refunds are available for original Oseye paintings. The customer is encouraged to check and confirm the condition of the original paintings prior to purchase.
